Master Plan for Pomona College

Represented Pomona College, one of the most highly regarded liberal arts colleges in the United States, in the entitlement and approval of a Master Plan for its campus from the Claremont Planning Commission and City Council, as well as in obtaining environmental clearances under the California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”). Loeb successfully defended Pomona College’s environmental clearance against a CEQA challenge filed in Superior Court. The Pomona College Master Plan will provide 205,000 square feet of additional program area, bringing the total master plan area to 1,740,600 square feet.
