Entitlement and Construction of Office Buildings in Downtown Los Angeles

Provided counsel in connection with the purchases of over two acres in the Arts District of Downtown Los Angeles and the entitlement and construction of two office buildings providing modern offices in a creative environment. These two projects will be two of the first new (rather than adoptive reuse) privately-developed office buildings constructed in Downtown Los Angeles in many years. The combined projects will provide approximately 150,000 square feet of office space.
