Acquisition of Oregon’s Largest Media Firm

Represented Rosebud Media LLC in connection with its $15 million acquisition of the Mail Tribune and Ashland Daily Tidings from New Media Investment Group Inc. The deal included all properties belonging to Southern Oregon Media Group, the state’s largest and oldest media firm.
