Represented Goldman Sachs Bank USA, as lender, in connection with an $85 million loan to Cohen Brothers Realty Corp. for a property located at 135 East 57th Street in Manhattan. Approximately $79 million of the loan is for the assumption of pre-existing debt at the property, with the remaining $6 million serving as new capital.
