Eric Doering
Partner
Eric Doering practices in the areas of corporate governance and securities laws. He also has significant experience in venture capital, public offerings, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Doering has spent two and a half years working in Loeb & Loeb's Beijing office. Prior to that, Mr. Doering spent three years living and working in China as general counsel for a U.S. publicly-listed company.
Prior Work Experience
Previously, Mr. Doering served for three years as Vice President, General Counsel for the China-based AMEX-listed corporation Tiens Biotech Group (USA), Inc., which manufactures and markets nutritional supplement products in over 50 countries. He was responsible for compliance with all U.S. public company reporting and corporate governance requirements.
Prior to that, Mr. Doering was a partner in a U.S. law firm based in London representing technology companies in private equity transactions, public offerings on Nasdaq and mergers and acquisitions.
