Overview

Henry Zangara has more than 25 years of experience as a transactional lawyer, with a primary focus on mergers and acquisitions, private investment funds, corporate finance and general corporate representation. Henry has extensive experience advising sponsors of, and investors in, private equity, venture, growth capital, mezzanine, buyout and other alternative asset investment funds, as well as family offices, in all aspects of commercial finance transactions, including venture capital, growth capital, minority investments, debt and equity financings, restructurings, mezzanine loans and leveraged buyouts. He also represents clients in connection with fund formation activities, secondary transfers and co-investments. 

In addition, Henry regularly represents clients, including private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, and family offices, in various general corporate matters and transactions, including business entity formation, corporate governance, domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, spinoffs, joint ventures and commercial agreements.
