Overview

Joshua Saidlower maintains a broad corporate practice, focusing primarily on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity finance, and general corporate matters. He represents private equity firms, strategic investors, portfolio companies, lenders, and other businesses in acquisitions, dispositions, credit facilities, co-investments, capital raises, and day-to-day operations. Joshua works with clients across a range of industries, including technology, manufacturing, distribution, construction, health and wellness, and financial and professional services.

Joshua has extensive experience representing both buyers and sellers in private mergers and acquisitions, including selling companies via auctions, and working with clients on the structuring and negotiation of complex transactions. He also has a wealth of experience negotiating credit facilities, including syndicated and single-lender revolving and term loan facilities, senior secured and unsecured loans, and mezzanine debt financings, as well as bridge loans to portfolio companies. 

Joshua also regularly helps clients select and negotiate representation and warranty insurance policies.
