Overview

Marina Ahmad maintains a broad corporate practice focusing on the representation of start-up and later-stage companies across the full corporate life cycle, including formation matters, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and general corporate representation and counseling.

Marina also holds a robust pro bono practice with respect to reproductive rights, immigration law and non-profit entities. She is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Muslims with Progressive Values, a nonprofit organization advocating for human rights, social justice and inclusion in the United States and around the world.
