Partner Ivy Kagan Bierman Named to 2023 Edition of Variety500

Loeb & Loeb is proud to announce that, for the second year in a row, Entertainment Labor Chair Ivy Kagan Bierman has been selected by Variety for inclusion in the 2023 edition of Variety500, an index of the 500 most influential business leaders shaping the global entertainment and media industry.

In the featured profile, Ivy is spotlighted for her role in guiding clients through the challenges of the 2023 WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes. Her contributions include assisting clients in securing SAG-AFTRA interim agreements, which allowed her clients to successfully produce independent films amidst the picketing. Apart from her involvement in the 2023 strikes, Ivy is noted for counseling clients on management-side guild and union matters, from collective bargaining negotiations and National Labor Relations Board proceedings to harassment, discrimination and bullying prevention within the workplace.
