Drew Weinstein counsels clients on a range of emerging media legal issues, with a focus on the mobile space. Over the last five years, Mr. Weinstein has represented clients on the development and deployment of a broad variety of mobile initiatives. Mr. Weinstein has experience negotiating with and on behalf of carriers, aggregators and other industry players, and has worked on single and multi carrier programs on every available messaging transport, both domestically and internationally. Mr. Weinstein regularly counsels clients with respect to the legal and quasi legal issues that pressure the marketplace. Mr. Weinstein also represents clients on matters related to the Internet, software and hardware, which include intellectual property protection, licensing, branding, integrated digital promotions and general technology development.
Prior Work Experience
Prior to joining Loeb & Loeb LLP, Mr. Weinstein served as manager and co-founder of ISIT LLC, a technology consultancy focusing on mobile platform development for major brands, agencies and stakeholders in the telecommunications industry.
Mr. Weinstein served as counsel and business developer for consumer brands for mobile marketer HipCricket LLC, where he developed and launched early multi-carrier domestic SMS programs.
Mr. Weinstein began his legal career as an intellectual property attorney with White & Case LLP.
