Derrick Talerico's practice focuses on general business litigation and creditor's rights in both in-court and out-of-court restructurings.

In the restructuring area, Mr. Talerico represents creditors and creditor constituencies in a wide range of insolvency related matters such as lender liability, asset valuation and claim analysis and defense.

In the business area, Mr. Talerico has represented insurance and entertainment companies in the arbitration of commercial disputes. Mr. Talerico has also represented manufacturing and service companies in negotiations with the office of the Attorney General regarding compliance with regulatory laws.

Prior Work Experience

Prior to joining Loeb & Loeb LLP, Mr. Talerico was an associate for Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy LLP in Los Angeles where he was part of the Recruiting and Litigation Technology Committees, as well as the Summer Associate Mentor Program.
