Debra Minoff’s practice focuses on business reorganization, bankruptcy, restructuring transactions and entertainment finance workouts with an emphasis on film, entertainment, digital media and intellectual property law. Ms. Minoff has represented borrowers, lenders and creditors in a wide range of corporate and litigation matters, including complex commercial financing transactions, film securitizations, acquisitions and dispositions of real and intellectual property assets and other entertainment properties, as well as licensing, distribution, and assignment of real and intellectual property.

Ms. Minoff also counsels clients on a wide variety of entertainment and intellectual property matters, including copyright, trademark, licensing and portfolio management, in connection with debt restructurings and workouts. She has represented clients in connection with drafting and negotiating film financing and investor agreements, motion picture distribution agreements, and in acquiring and selling intellectual property assets of premium cable networks and television programs.

Prior Work Experience

Prior to joining Loeb & Loeb LLP, Ms. Minoff was an associate at Sidley Austin LLP.
