David Schaefer’s practice is primarily transactional and is concentrated in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private investment fund formation, corporate restructurings and other complex commercial transactions.
Mr. Schaefer’s clients range from multinational corporations to closely held companies. Many are active in the following industries: financial services, including investment banks and private investment funds; entertainment and media; information technology; and telecommunications.
Mr. Schaefer has also acted as counsel to boards of directors, committees and directors and executive officers on corporate governance matters.
