David Schaefer’s practice is primarily transactional and is concentrated in the areas of mergers and acquisitions; corporate finance; private investment fund formation; restructurings; and complex commercial transactions.
Mr. Schaefer’s clients range from multinational corporations to closely held companies. Many are active in the following industries: financial services, including investment banks and private investment funds; entertainment and media; information technology; and telecommunications.
Mr. Schaefer has also acted as counsel to companies, boards of directors and individuals on corporate governance matters.
