David Schaefer’s practice is primarily transactional and is concentrated on the areas of mergers and acquisitions; corporate finance; private equity fund formation and investments; workouts and restructurings and complex commercial transactions.
Mr. Schaefer’s clients range from multinational corporations to closely held companies. Many are active in the following industries: financial services, including private equity funds, entertainment and media and information technology and telecommunications.
Mr. Schaefer has also acted as counsel to companies and boards of directors on corporate governance matters.
