David Grace’s primary area of practice is the protection, acquisition, and licensing of trademarks, copyrights, publicity rights and entertainment rights. He litigates trademark, unfair competition, copyright, right of publicity, Internet domain name, entertainment, advertising and patent disputes. He represents clients in negotiating significant trademark, copyright, endorsement and entertainment agreements and counsels clients with respect to Internet and advertising issues.
Mr. Grace implements domestic and international intellectual property protection strategies by counseling clients with respect to intellectual property issues, auditing and managing intellectual property portfolios, supervising the prosecution of domestic and foreign trademark applications and resolving domestic and international intellectual property disputes.
He practices regularly before the US federal courts and the United States Patent and Trademark Office, Trademark Trial and Appeals Board. He represents clients in Internet domain name dispute resolution proceedings. Mr. Grace is a contributing author to the Loeb & Loeb LLP Advanced Media and Technology Law blog.
