David Fischer’s principal clients have been in the television broadcasting and computer semiconductor industries. He practices in corporate and securities law and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Fischer has had substantial legal experience in connection with high-technology development, licensing and acquisition, including representation of a foreign government in negotiating development and procurement agreements with U.S. defense contractors.
