David P. Ansel

David Ansel’s practice focuses on middle-market private equity transactions, including the representation of equity sponsor groups and lenders. His practice includes mergers and acquisitions; joint ventures; fund formation and portfolio investments; subscription-line lending; corporate finance; and general corporate matters.

Mr. Ansel leads Loeb & Loeb’s Dodd-Frank Financial Reform Task Force monitoring key issues of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act that are relevant to clients in the financial services industry. Additionally, he serves as chair of the firm’s Knowledge Management Steering Committee, focused on maximizing and leveraging the firm’s intellectual capital through technology resources and best practices.
