Daniel Platt focuses on commercial litigation and is experienced in several industries and areas of practice, including aviation, healthcare, partnership disputes, contracts, trusts and estates litigation, banking, securities, financial services, real estate and employment.
Mr. Platt also currently serves as a hearing examiner by the Los Angeles Police Commission.
Prior Work Experience
Prior to joining Loeb & Loeb LLP, Mr. Platt was a partner in the Los Angeles office of Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP. Before joining Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, Mr. Platt was Executive Vice President, President and Director of two joint venture projects with United Technologies Corporation. Mr. Platt was responsible for all litigation, negotiation of maintenance and storage contracts with airlines and aircraft lessors, as well as agreements for the purchase and sale of engines, aircraft and related parts.
