Curtis Bajak maintains a diverse entertainment finance, workout, and corporate practice with an emphasis on film and music financing acquisitions and other commercial financing transactions (including asset-based lending and secured transactions), film securitizations, acquisitions and dispositions of entertainment libraries and catalogs, intellectual property licensing, high tech, and structured financing transactions. He regularly represents financial institutions and insurers as well as borrowers in and outside of the entertainment industry and also has experience in corporate acquisition financing, debt restructuring, troubled-loan workouts; and financial institution regulation.
