Corey N. Martin focuses his practice on private equity matters including fund formation, acquisitions and divestitures. Mr. Martin represents both equity sponsor groups and private equity investors (limited partners), providing him with a comprehensive perspective on the private equity landscape.

Mr. Martin's clients are primarily middle market private equity firm's focused on a variety of industries, including real estate, general industrials, transportation and logistics and conglomerate companies located in the emerging markets.

In addition, he focuses on transactional structuring, negotiating deal terms and drafting principal and ancillary documentation related to public and private mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. He has extensive knowledge of the regulations of the SEC (the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934) along with the securities regulations of New York State and the State of Delaware.

Prior Work Experience

Prior to joining Loeb & Loeb LLP, Mr. Martin worked for Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell LLP in New York.
