Leadership in Law
In 2002, Loeb & Loeb attorneys helped Chinese developer and manufacturer of pharmaceutical and healthcare products, American Oriental Bioengineering, Inc. (AOBO) achieve a public flotation of its stock through a reverse merger. AOBO later became the first Chinese-based issuer to list on the New York Stock Exchange, where it made its debut in December 2006.
Our achievements and rankings attest to our leadership role. For example, Thomson Reuters ranks Loeb & Loeb #1 among law firms in underwritten public offerings by companies headquartered in China, as measured by the total number of deals closed over the three-year period from 2009 through 2011. Loeb & Loeb ranks #2 as measured by total deal value during this period.
