Christopher Murillo represents companies in a range of industries in connection with initial public offerings, public and private offerings of securities, business combinations, reporting obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, corporate governance matters, annual and special meeting proxy solicitations, Rule 144A distributions of secured and unsecured debt, and the listing and compliance requirements of various exchanges, including the NYSE, NYSE Amex, NASDAQ and the OTCBB. He also represents underwriters and placement agents in connection with capital raising transactions. A significant portion of Mr. Murillo’s practice involves international transactions.
