Carolyn Hunt represents a variety of clients in the entertainment industry in connection with a broad range of entertainment-related transactions, with a focus on media finance and distribution. She advises various financial institutions with respect to their international film, television and interactive gaming lending. She also counsels distributors, completion guarantors, independent producers, equity investors, and others, including studios, independent production companies, and high-net-worth individuals involved in various aspects of the financing and distribution of film and television projects. In addition, Ms. Hunt advises film, television and interactive gaming clients with respect to guild and copyright issues and in connection with tax-advantaged financing, subsidies and co-production arrangements in the United States and in various countries around the world.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Hunt was an account executive at an international investment house.
