Aurele Danoff handles a broad array of complex litigation matters, including entertainment and intellectual property matters, defense of consumer protection actions, and commercial and securities litigation and arbitration. She has experience counseling clients in the debt negotiation industry on advertising and marketing issues, and advising businesses and executives on regulatory compliance and risk management.

Ms. Danoff has also defended securities brokerage firms in litigation and arbitration actions, as well as regulatory matters brought by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
