Overview

Scott Giordano represents financial institutions, hedge funds, factors, leasing companies and other providers of credit in a wide range of domestic and cross-border finance transactions. His experience includes asset-based, cash flow, leverage buyout, subordinated debt, second lien, debtor-in-possession and exit financings as well as equipment leasing and factoring. Scott also has extensive experience in structuring, documenting and negotiating private investments in public equity (commonly known as PIPES) having closed in excess of $1 billion in PIPE transactions. His expertise also includes workouts, restructurings and intercreditor arrangements.

Scott is a lecturer on matters of interest to asset-based lenders, factors and leasing companies as part of various educational programs.
