Meredith Siller maintains a broad-based litigation practice with an emphasis on consumer class and regulatory actions, telemarketing litigation, and other marketing and advertising-related consumer actions, including those involving consumer privacy claims. She has significant experience representing clients in the defense of claims brought under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), as well as counseling on compliance with the TCPA and related state and federal telemarketing laws.
Ms. Siller’s diverse litigation practice also extends to real estate disputes, including matters involving land use, zoning and permitting, as well as intellectual property, defamation and general business disputes. Her experience covers all phases of litigation, both pre- and post-trial, in state and federal court, including discovery, motions practice, deposing and preparing witnesses, and assisting at trial and appeals.
Ms. Siller is also involved in pro bono work and has represented a number of individuals seeking asylum in the United States, as well as adoptive parents in the completion of their adoptions of children in foster care.
