Meredith Siller counsels clients on a wide variety of matters related to advertising, technology, emerging media and privacy. She advises on compliance with various state and federal laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and related state and federal telemarketing laws, the Federal Trade Commission’s disclosure requirements (with respect to both online and print advertising), data breach laws, and the Video Privacy and Protection Act (VPPA). She represents clients in a variety of fields, including Internet, sports, telecommunications, and consumer products.
Ms. Siller also maintains a litigation practice with an emphasis on consumer class and regulatory actions, telemarketing litigation, and other marketing and advertising-related consumer actions, including those involving consumer privacy claims. She has significant experience representing clients in the defense of claims brought under the TCPA.
Ms. Siller is involved in pro bono work and has represented a number of individuals seeking asylum in the United States, as well as adoptive parents in the completion of their adoptions of children in foster care.
