Jodi Sarowitz has experience in all aspects of complex litigation, with an emphasis on trademark and other intellectual property matters and business litigation. In addition to representing clients in state and federal court, she practices before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and counsels clients with respect to trademark and copyright portfolio management and enforcement, brand protection, Internet and domain name issues, and other intellectual property issues.
Her experience includes representing clients in disputes arising under the Lanham Act, Copyright Act, Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act, false advertising, and unfair competition laws. She has also represented major financial institutions in litigation involving securities fraud and other business litigation, as well as variety of clients in litigation involving contractual or other business disputes. Ms. Sarowitz also has experience in arbitration, mediation, and electronic discovery.
