David M. Satnick is a member of Loeb’s Litigation Department and the Chair of the firm’s Insurance and Real Estate Litigation Practice. Mr. Satnick has a diverse national litigation and trial practice with an emphasis on litigating and trying complex commercial cases in the areas of real estate, title insurance, insurance brokerage, banking, commercial finance, creditors' rights, securities litigation and arbitration, entertainment and media, and technology.

Mr. Satnick represents, and is engaged as retained counsel by, all of the leading title insurance companies, including Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, Chicago Title Insurance Company, Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company, Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and First American Title Insurance Company. He also represents a number of leading real estate owners, developers and hoteliers. In addition, Mr. Satnick represents WillisTowersWatson, one of the world's leading insurance brokerage firms, in restrictive covenant and error and omissions disputes. He also represents leading financial institutions, including Citigroup, Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, and UBS, and he has prosecuted and defended claims in federal and state courts throughout the country and in arbitration proceedings before the AAA and FINRA in a variety of matters.

Mr. Satnick also litigates a wide variety of intellectual property and entertainment matters involving claims for copyright and trademark infringement, unfair competition and unfair trade practices.

Drawing on experience as a trial lawyer and a former Assistant District Attorney with the New York County District Attorney's Office, Mr. Satnick serves as lead trial counsel in both jury and non-jury cases throughout the country, including serving as National Trial Counsel for the Fidelity National Title Group of title insurance companies.
