Antoinette Pepper

Antoinette Pepper is a paralegal engaged in the firm's Litigation practice.
Ms. Pepper is involved in a wide variety of practice areas within the litigation practice including complex commercial litigation, securities, copyright and trademark infringement and intellectual property litigation.
Prior Work Experience
As a senior litigation paralegal at Richards & O'Neil LLP, Ms. Pepper not only supported the litigation team, but recruited, trained and supervised the litigation paralegal staff. She has worked with clients in the entertainment and other industries, in cases involving issues such as securities fraud, bankruptcy, class action litigations and criminal appeals.
While at Richards & O'Neil, Ms. Pepper was the sole paralegal assisting the Special Master appointed in the In re Holocaust Victims' Asset Litigation to develop and draft a plan of allocation and distribution for a $1.25-billion settlement funded by various Swiss banks.
Previously, Ms. Pepper was a litigation case manager at Shea & Gould.
