Anthony Murray practices in civil and criminal law at both the trial and appellate levels. He has handled and tried a broad range of cases, among them fraud, breach of contract and corporate litigation, including derivative suits against corporations and their directors and officers; white-collar criminal, water rights, product liability and other tort cases; securities cases; real estate litigation; trusts and estates litigation; employment suits; biotechnology litigation; patent and copyright infringement; and trade secret cases, as well as professional liability, land use and a wide variety of other kinds of complex commercial litigation.
His principal clients have included Bertelsmann A.G. and its former chairman and CEO Thomas Middelhoff, Corning Nichols Institute, Texas Eastern Corp., Petrolane, Inc., Long Beach Unified School District, Eastman, Inc., Mono County, Nickel Enterprises, Jordache, Inc., Kyocera and Sears Roebuck.
Mr. Murray has lectured for the California Continuing Education of the Bar, The Rutter Group, and other continuing legal education programs. He has contributed to many law reviews and other professional journals.
