Amanda Sherman is engaged in all aspects of the firm’s business litigation practice where she represents a variety of clients in a broad range of litigation matters, including general business matters, consumer protection defense, false and deceptive advertising, entertainment, and e-discovery matters.

Prior Work Experience

Prior to beginning law school, Ms. Sherman was a legal clerk for the Homelessness Prevention Legal Project at Public Counsel Law Center, where she assisted clients in resolving legal disputes and advocated for them to receive general relief, food stamps, and transition out of homelessness. Ms. Sherman also worked with Public Counsel’s Immigrants’ Rights project and the Children’s Rights project where she wrote briefs for, and represented clients in, Medi-Cal benefits hearings.
