Alyson Weiss focuses on commercial and securities litigation in federal and state courts throughout the country. Her representative clients include Fortune 500 companies, top accounting and brokerage firms, corporate officers and directors.
Her practice also includes arbitration proceedings before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the American Arbitration Association, as well as regulatory proceedings before state and federal agencies, including the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Ms. Weiss handles a broad array of issues ranging from compliance with the federal securities laws and fiduciary obligations to contracts, business torts, professional liability, indemnification of officers and directors, employment and intellectual property matters. Her practice covers all phases of complex litigation (including individual, class and derivative actions), from pleadings through trials and appeals.

The plan was approved by Chief Judge Edward R. Korman of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
