Alan Wilken’s experience is in disputes between businesses arising primarily out of real property, including suits by and against property owners; asset managers; property managers; lenders; developers and brokers and lessees of office, retail and multi-tenant residential properties.

He is also experienced in the defense of claims against directors and officers and actions against directors and officers for breach of duties of care and fidelity. Mr. Wilken’s principal clients are public and private partnerships, trusts and corporations who own income-producing real property.
