Jill Westmoreland tracks, analyzes and writes about a variety of issues including privacy, mobile commerce, the Federal Trade Commission, state and federal legislative developments, agency rulemakings, right of publicity, the regulation of advertising and marketing, and intellectual property issues. She writes client alerts, articles, white papers, blog posts, CLE course materials, and summaries of recent developments. She helped launch the

Prior Work Experience
During law school, Ms. Westmoreland interned at National Public Radio and at The CBS Evening News; for CBS, she attended oral arguments at the U.S. Supreme Court during the 1993-1994 term and summarized each case for the on-air correspondent. Before joining Loeb & Loeb, she was a Contracts Coordinator at The William Morris Agency and an associate and legal writer at the law firm Brown Raysman Millstein Felder & Steiner.
