Loeb & Loeb LLP announced today that associates Jon Daryanani, Erik Hyman, and Vadim Rubinstein have been named to the firm partnership.

Jon G. Daryanani (Los Angeles) is a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment Practice where he represents clients in virtually all aspects of labor and employment, including the defense of wage/hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination and misappropriation of trade secrets claims. Mr. Daryanani also routinely advises clients and provides strategic planning with respect to various employment matters, including workplace investigations, employee discipline and termination, personnel policies, disability accommodation requirements, employment and severance agreements, workforce reductions and plant closings, as well as the implementation of wage and commission structures.

Erik Hyman (Los Angeles) is a member of the firm’s Talent Group where he practices transactional entertainment law, negotiating agreements on behalf of directors, writers, actors, producers, rights holders and production companies. His experience also includes agreements for celebrity endorsements and many areas of publishing. Mr. Hyman is also involved in financing and distribution transactions as well as mergers and acquisitions in the entertainment industry.

Vadim J. Rubinstein (New York) is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation and Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Creditors' Rights Groups. He has a broad range of experience in both transactional and litigation aspects of bankruptcy cases and out-of-court workouts. He has represented or currently represents indenture trustees, administrative agents, debtors in possession, creditors committees, chapter 7 and chapter 11 trustees, acquirers and sellers of assets, secured and unsecured creditors, and landlords. Mr. Rubinstein’s experience includes significant representations in Ownit Mortgage Solutions, ION Media Networks, Spansion, Washington Mutual, Luminent Mortgage Capital, Refco, Asia Global Crossing, Cyberrebate.com and Northwest Airlines.
